DDS is pleased to introduce Podesubir, the latest technical partner, who has developed a new visitors module, fully compatible with Amadeus 8.

With the visitor’s module, all authorized persons can invite visitors, via a mobile app, a web interface for use with all browsers, or via an add-in for MS Outlook. Amadeus 8, the mobile app and the visitor’s module are connected to the same platform. Invitations are automatically generated and sent by email and/or displayed on the mobile app and the web interface. Visitor badges are created, validated for the time of the visit and erased thereafter.
The visitors use a “digital badge” on their mobile devices (phones, tablets, etc.) containing a highly secure and encrypted (AES 256) dynamic (or optional static) QR code. Badges allows for custom logos and background pictures. On-boarding assures the validation of visitors and of all relevant information available in Amadeus 8.
