In this integration Amadeus 5 sends a command directly to the lift controller panel of the Mitsubishi lift, instead of using relays as in the standard lift integration. Upon receiving the information on the authorised floors for each badge holder, the relevant buttons on the lift are activated.

This integration requires connecting the lift controller panel with the second RS485  port of a DDS controller.

In the Amadeus 5 controller screen, the users select the Mitsubishi checkbox for the controller’s lift type. Then, they choose, for each reader, which floors to access and which lift doors to open (front and/or back).

Our Mitsubishi lift integration is presently running at the Financial Service Center of the China Merchants Bank in Chengdu – China. The installation supervises 400+ doors and 34 lifts; the total number of cardholders will be 10000 (at this point it approximates 4000).
